Hanna Chung

Hanna Chung is a change and implementation leader who helps churches and organizations navigate growth and transition with clarity, alignment, and readiness. In her corporate career, she has led complex transformation initiatives for global organizations including McKinsey, Xerox, Wells Fargo, and Sherwin-Williams, with a focus on executive alignment, communication strategy, adoption, and long-term behavioral change.

Alongside her corporate work, Hanna has spent more than a decade serving within the realities of church leadership as the wife of Aaron Chung, Senior and Founding Pastor of Exilic Presbyterian Church in midtown Manhattan. During that time, she has witnessed the church grow from five people to more than 800 attendees, navigating the operational, relational, and governance challenges that accompany sustained growth.

Hanna believes many ministry leaders are deeply formed in the prophetic and priestly dimensions of leadership, yet often under-supported in the kingly responsibility of leading organizational change. Through Kingly, she equips pastors and Christian leaders to steward change wisely, strengthen governance, preserve unity, and lead with both conviction and operational clarity during critical seasons of change.

Hanna holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MPA from New York University. She is also Prosci Certified in Change Management. Hanna and Aaron live in the New York metro area with their two daughters, Logan and Hayden.
